A new OC for Dick Figures. He is the Head and boss of James Bauer of the USAS (United States Agency Sector) He first appeared in Agents Combined. He is high in military knowledge and stragey and is very well respected.
Bio[]
The head and leader of the secret agents of the USAS. He is the boss as well as tutor of James Bauer. Toatle Pones quickly move through the ranks from a new recruit until his performance and abilities were recognized to make him head of the agnecy. Before, Toatle Pones was part of a successful team of special forces. He later retired and joined the agency as a field agent to apply his military training to lead him to great success. He later became one of the most renown instructors of the base and later took James Bauer as his pupil to teach him how to be an elite agent. After he finished training him he was later given the rank of Head of the Agency.
